To augment even further the diversity of activities held within the Games and Puzzles Club, a Puzzle of the Week is posted on the Maths noticeboard. This has proved popular with many pupils, and even tested Dads and Grandpas.
Prizes and certificates have been fiercely contested by those submitting a number of correct solutions. With the craze of Sudokus spreading Worldwide, these have also been added to the challenges for pupils.
To allow all to exercise their minds the Puzzle of the Week and Sudokus will be posted on the Dollar Academy website. Answers with your name should be returned to Mrs Pennie in the Mathematics Dept. or by e- mail to pennie-m@dollaracademy.org.uk.
